Awesome place

I came across this place while looking for someplace else, thanks to Yelp. I was a little skeptical because I prefer my smoothies from- uh, chain establishments. I like to make substitutions and I've found that smaller places aren't always into that. This place was no exception. They weren't big on the substitutions. Reluctantly, I ordered the Popeye smoothie. I was not disappointed. It was freshly made and not too sweet. The lady who made it was friendly. The smoothie was a nice size for 5.95. I left happy and without any complaints. I don't know if I'd return simply because there are so many options in downtown. Nevertheless, the smoothie was delightful.

Best place ever! Such a disgrace to have a starbucks across the street from this gem! Kind employees and owner delicious drinks and food super comfortable relaxing space.

I just LOVE this place!Whenever I am shopping in the fabric district or the Santee Alley, I always stop in here! It's such a nice little respite - always clean, with the MOST AMAZING ILLY COFFEE and pastries! (Muuuuuch better than the overcrowded, dirty flavorless, overpriced Starbuck's across the street!)Such a wonderful little cafe to stop in at! And I highly recommend the ham and cheese croissant!

Our smoothies tasted great and the pastry was very tasty. The lady at the register was very nice friendly and helpful. The seating area was clean and comfortable. A Great place to take a break from the chaos of fabric shopping. This is my 2nd visit and I will be back again.
